Why isn’t vitamin B5 in Bcomplex vitamins?
Sara asked:
Does vitamin B5 have another name? Why isn’t it in any Bcomplex vitamins? Can you buy a B5 supplament and take it with a Bcomplex vitamin?
Thanks!

It should be listed under Pantothenic Acid.
I know it’s sometimes tough when certain nutrients may have 2 “common names”. B-5 is Pantothenic Acid, B-7 is Biotin, and B-9 is Folic Acid. Inositol, PABA, and Choline don’t really have a B-number, but those should also be listed on there.
