Does Vitamin B help as I know my diet is not as good as it could be, I’ve noticed that when I do take it I feel more energized. Wondering if anyone else has used it and felt better for it?
My anxiety / depression was brough on by some health worries & wouldnt say it was severe but its enough that it made me unable to concentrate at work hense having to take the meds, have been on them for two months now.
