Hi, I decided to try taking Pantothenic Acid (B5) for my acne, and I got a bottle of 100, and it’s 250 mg, I got a smaller amount because I wasn’t sure how much mg it should have. How many pills should I take? I just thought I would take one every day at bedtime. Will this help? Any suggestions?
