   it doesnt do anything to acne. but milk has hormones which may cause acne.

   acne is caused by over productive oil glands in body, vit. c will not effect it at all. one thing stay out of sun much as possible, see dermatoligst, he/she will guide you in right dir.

   You can take food containing vitamin C .They are very good for the skin.

   Vitamin C should definitely help acne. You can use it internally and externally. Jasons naturals has a whole line of vitamin C skin care.
