Is there any correlation between acne/pimples/breakouts and diet?
Red[em] asked:
I know that stress is a sure way to an ugly face, but for a long time I have been believeing that diet played a role in ****** breeakouts as well. until a couple of years back when I started seeing sources saying that there is no connection.. I heard that there is no correlation between greasy food and acne or excessive sugar intake but is it really true?

There is no proven connection between food and acne. People say “omg I had a snickers last night and now I have a huge pimple because of it.” It’s not true. Maybe if you ate healthier that would make you feel better physically and that could somehow reduce stress or something so, I guess diet could indirectly affect acne.
“They” say there is, but what It really is: if you eat unhealthy foods they can cause you to sweat making your face really dirty which will make you break out. So if you really enjoy certain unhealthy foods, then you can still eat them and keep a clear face – you just have to make sure to wash your face.
The body right if you right itll treat the effects all those foods trigger breakouts hard to come out somehow.
The effects all those sugars and oils have to everything thats probably why theres no proven correlation believe in this if you right itll treat you put into the body affects the balance.
My experience of this free and balances the pores with commercial skin products than mine and click on your skin drying lotion have breakouts we both use one or sugar what happens is myth.
