I want to take 10 grams of b5 a day to get rid of acne. A lot of people have said it worked for them and I haven’t seen that many side effects. Other than diherrea and bad hair days. Is there any thing else I need to know? Did it work for you. Also I plan on taking Vitamin B complex as well. Most of the websites said you should use it as a base. Also you’re supposed to ease into it right. I got that too but seriously is there anything else that I need to know about. Serious answers and I’d like it better if you had tried it or were a doctor or something. Thanks in advance.
