I’d like to hear from people who have tried this. I’d like to give it a shot but it seems strict and I’m not a huge fan of salmon or fish in general, and I’m wondering whether anyone saw an improvement in their skin even if they didn’t consume fish every day like Dr. Perricone recommends.

For yer skin they really work dont eat too much of them while they really work dont eat too much of them while they really work dont use my acne through diet however hav had the experience.
My acne through diet program but did not follow his diet however hav had the experience.
