I have been struggling with acne now for awhile. I have been taking Vitamin A supplements to try to clear it up, and its helped some but not much. I am taking 8000 IU in doses of 3-6 pills daily.I am doing this now instead of accutane due to the severe effects accutane brings many people Many people have done this and it has worked so well for them.
