I was just wondering what UI i should get for acne. I have seen some people get 200IU or 400IU and I just checked and saw mine was only 100IU. So can you take too much Vitamin E and it will make it will have negative effects and what is a recommended amount to take?

I am taking 8000 IU in doses of 3-6 pills daily.I am doing this now instead of accutane due to the severe effects accutane brings many people Many people have done this and it has worked so well for them. I heard this from some of my friends and researched it online is it true. I am 32 and still suffering from acne like I was a teen. if anyone has had this problem as an adult and vitamins worked let me know what kind and how many I/U’s per day. I am pretty sure my doctor won’t tell me because most of them (not all) are out for the money.

What are some good foods to eat that stick with a good ACNE diet?

Please don’t tell me what vitamins, ect that I need. I’ve read about those. I am talking actual foods, oat meal, water, ect…
