Cure Acne Now

I’m not looking for an all-out cure, just something that will help clear up my skin. I don’t have bad acne at all, but I tend to get weird breakouts from time to time and was just wondering if there was something I could take to help prevent them, aside from daily cleansing and such.

I had anxiety and depression troubles recently, I got put on a small dose of Fluoxetine and this has taken the edge off things greatly. I’m not trying to change my life so that when I get off the meds I will be in better form.

Does Vitamin B help as I know my diet is not as good as it could be, I’ve noticed that when I do take it I feel more energized. Wondering if anyone else has used it and felt better for it?

My anxiety / depression was brough on by some health worries & wouldnt say it was severe but its enough that it made me unable to concentrate at work hense having to take the meds, have been on them for two months now.
